I had an exceptional experience at the Asus concept store located in The Mines Shopping Centre, and I would like to extend my special thanks to the manager, Mr. Ajim.
My Vivobook Pro's adapter had suddenly stopped working, and I had been searching tirelessly for a replacement, but most places and computer shops didn't have the exact adapter in stock due to its slightly higher wattage. In my area, the only option left was the Asus concept store at The Mines.
Before heading to the store, I messaged the number listed on Google, and to my surprise, Mr. Ajim responded promptly. He inquired about the price and even went the extra mile to check with the PJ store to confirm availability. He assured me that once I placed the order, the adapter would arrive on the same day.
True to his word, the adapter reached the store around 5 pm. When we returned to the store later that night, Mr. Ajim had not only secured the 20V, 6A adapter but also generously provided me with a free cable, worth RM 10. He was an absolute pleasure to deal with, extremely friendly, and patiently answered all my queries.
I can't express how grateful I am to Mr. Ajim for turning what was becoming a hectic day into a smooth and pleasant experience. He truly felt like my savior in a moment of need. Kudos to Mr. Ajim and the Asus concept store at The Mines for their outstanding service!

I've got to say, the Asus Tuf Gaming F15 laptop has blown me away. It's like they combined all the features I ever wanted. First off, the speed with the Intel Core i7 chip is insane – no lag even with tons of tabs open. And gaming? The NVIDIA GeForce graphics are a dream. I mean, the visuals are so real, it's like jumping into the game.
But it's not just the performance – this thing is built tough. I've accidentally knocked it a couple of times, and it's still holding strong. And don't even get me started on the keyboard. The backlit keys not only look wicked at night, but they're comfortable to type on.
I appreciate the fact that I can plug in all my gadgets with ease – the range of ports is a lifesaver. And overheating? Not a chance. The cooling system keeps things chilled, even during marathon gaming sessions.
And let's not forget the storage. I've got more space than I know what to do with, plus the option to upgrade down the line.
Honestly, the Asus Tuf Gaming F15 rocks my world. It's a beast when it comes to gaming, and it's not too shabby for work either. Super stoked I picked this one up.

A great place for me to purchase this new model laptop of Vivobook M513U with the pretty rose gold colour. Nice customer service given by the shop worker and totally satisfied with their pre-order service.
Very satisfied with the feature and appearance of this model of laptop as it is Ryzen 5 and 5500U series with 8GB D4 RAM. The orginial version of Microsoft Office is included in the laptop. Plus, I'm attracted to their OLED screen which is very eye-catching and it can bring me a better experience to enjoy the very best colour fidelity. It's totally a very good purchasing experience!
